Yvette Lehmann
Twenty years ago Yvette went to her first yoga class on a friend’s recommendation, as she was addicted to working out. At that time of taking the classes her intent was that yoga would help her to be in a better shape. But as she was lying on the floor in shavasana at the end of class, the question came to her “Who am I”? It kept repeating in her mind over and over again. Since then she have not stopped asking that question nor she stopped inquiring into the inner self. Yvette’s thirst for knowledge and quest for the right teacher brought many interesting, intellectual, and spiritual people into her life. Yvette’s approach to yoga practice is using the body to gain more understanding of the self that leads to self-realization by being aware of our sufferings (emotions, feelings, thought patterns and beliefs).
